We strive to help clients develop a solid foundation and strategy to be successful in life and in their endeavors. We will help you become aware of and accept your feelings and have a realistic or optimistic approach to life. We are directive in style and will help you with fresh ideas to manage your life. We will work actively in session to help you improve your situation as quickly as possible whilst considering your personality and style. We strive overall to help you achieve balance.

Is Therapy Right for me? 

If you feel like you are not functioning in your normal way therapy may be indicated. Depressive symptoms may include sadness, change in sleep and appetite patterns, hopelessness, suicidal ideation, crying, worthlessness and/or loss of interest in previously enjoyable activities. Symptoms of anxiety can often take place alongside symptoms of other mental issues such as depression. Symptoms might involve rumination, excessive worry, and difficulty relaxing and/or concentrating, sleep issues and being easily startled. Symptoms may vary and are not an indication of any specific diagnosis. Please see a professional therapist for an assessment.
