Couples Counseling provides a way for couples to have a voice with each other and have a third party working on relationship skills. Couples can expect to experience an unbiased view of their issues and gain skills to manage relationship problems and concerns.

Individual Counseling is set up to provide one-on-one personal attention that focuses on the clients’ needs.

Family Counseling

Family Counseling will be a systems-based approach that allows understanding of the family structure therapeutically and learning how to maneuver issues within that system.

Adolescent Counseling

Adolescent Counseling helps teens learn skills to manage life and experience success.

LGBTQ+ Counseling

LGBTQ+ Counseling may not involve a person’s sexual, romantic orientation, or gender identity but clients who identify in these areas may find the social stigma a source of stress. We are experienced and familiar with the challenges of the LGBTQ+ community, which can be critical to successful therapy outcomes.

Individual and Couples Tele-therapy using a HIPAA compliant video conferencing. That means your personal health information is protected. Clients who are concerned with health risks, want privacy, have a busy schedule or transportation challenges can get the advantages of in-person therapy in any location they choose. This is also a great option for rural locations.
